UX Designer 2 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated UX Designer 2 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA-Remote, PST hours, but they can come onsite! Expected Duration: 03+ Months Job Type: [FULL TIME [CONTRACT], (Remote, PST hours, but they can come onsite) Pay Range:[$45] - [$50] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: 1. Minimum 2+ years experience designing user experiences across platforms, product design, enterprise solutions, or relevant agency experiences. 2. Minimum 2+ years experience with Figma. 3. Minimum 2+ years of Experience in planning and executing end-to-end product design. You to find ways to reduce complexity, remove the extraneous, and shorten the path to "Wow!" * You're fluent at communicating with product managers and developers as well as influencing your team and partners to always center the customer, ask the right questions, and inclusively collaborate to successfully create highly crafted user experiences. Responsibilities: * In this role, as a UX Designer 2 you will design experiences with a broad charter that impacts consumer, enterprise, and education audiences. This will involve working closely with Copilot, Settings, and other partner AI product teams, which includes daily engagement with partner product managers, designers, researchers, engineers and leadership in all planning, development, and deployment of innovative and compliant product experiences. These solutions will allow customers to understand what data collection they are consenting to, educate them on how/where they can manage those decisions, actively build trust with customers as they use our AI-enhanced products, and align with all privacy global requirements as defined and interpreted by our regulatory teams. * You will be responsible for being the connection point between product teams across Windows and regulatory teams as you collaboratively design end-to-end product experiences.
