Microsoft Corporation Sr. Product Marketing Manager in Redmond, Washington
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager on the Search, Ads, News and Edge (SANE) Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for growth strategy and growth initiatives across Microsoft Edge, Bing, and MSN. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, advising other marketers and growth initiative owners on where to invest or divest for exponential growth, as well as own end to end ideation and execution of some of our most impactful growth initiatives to grow share and revenue across all three businesses.

Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for Microsoft Edge, Bing, and MSN to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Advisory Role: Advise and collaborate with other marketers and growth initiative owners on where to invest or divest resources for maximum growth impact.
End-to-End Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact growth initiatives, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of growth initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth targets.
Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, continuously testing new ideas and approaches to drive growth.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field AND 5+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth for digital products or services.
OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field AND 3+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth for digital products or services.
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience with marketing analytics tools
2+ years experience working in the big tech industry (company size of over 50,000 employees)
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth for digital products or services.
OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
