As a Senior Field Installation Technician with BacNet protocol knowledge, projects commissioning experience, and knowledge and experience with Tridium Niagara N4, you will play a crucial role in commissioning and executing field installation projects in the Honeywell Building Solutions West Region. Your expertise in BacNet protocol, projects commissioning, and Tridium Niagara N4 will be instrumental in ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Technical Operations Manager and based on the Redmond, WA office and work at different Customer Sites. In this role, you will utilize your technical knowledge and skills to lead field installation projects, troubleshoot technical issues related to BacNet protocol and CPO/Tridium Niagara N4, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs. Your experience in BacNet protocol, projects commissioning, and Tridium Niagara N4 will be invaluable in delivering high-quality solutions and driving the success of our field installation operations.
The salary for this position is ($64,000 - 96,200). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute field installation projects leveraging your expertise in BacNet protocol, projects commissioning, and Tridium Niagara N4
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BacNet protocol and Tridium Niagara N4, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs in the areas of BacNet protocol and Tridium Niagara N4
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BacNet protocol and Tridium Niagara N4, and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to BacNet protocol and Tridium Niagara N4

YOU MUST HAVE
Ability to travel 50% different locations in US
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field installation projects, with a focus on BacNet protocol, projects commissioning, and Tridium Niagara N4
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in BacNet protocol, projects commissioning, and Tridium Niagara N4
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the areas of BacNet protocol and Tridium Niagara N4
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts related to BacNet protocol and Tridium Niagara N4 to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in project management and execution in the field of BacNet protocol, projects commissioning, and Tridium Niagara N4
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships in the context of BacNet protocol, projects commissioning, and Tridium Niagara N4
