Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful completion of various projects and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will prepare detailed reports for upper management, providing insights into the status and progress of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of projects/programs from inception to completion.

  • Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management on project status.

  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve project goals.

  • Lead and direct the work of team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Employ a wide degree of creativity and latitude in decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project/program management or a related area.

  • Proficient in various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • RF Engineering (4 - 6 years)

Pay Range: $55-85hr
