Windows is used by more than 1.4B people around the world and developers and ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) are critical to shaping the software experiences for this massive user base across Windows including Copilot+ PCs.
We are looking for an experienced customer obsessed Product Marketing Manager who has worked in a complex, matrixed environment with influential internal and external partners. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and partner with top-end ISVs to bring their AI experiences to life on Windows leveraging NPUs (Neural Processing Units) on Copilot+ PCs. You will be responsible for ISV segmentation, creation and delivery of value propositions and product pitches to ISVs. You will drive ISV enablement and build the pipeline for long tail ISVs building for the NPU, scale adoption of Copilot stack on Windows - Windows Copilot Runtime - and develop 3P (3rd party) ISV marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for further accelerating the Arm App compatibility strategy and execution, spanning multiple cohorts.

Responsibilities
Build the strategy and execution plan to scale the long tail of ISVs building on the NPU including ISV segmentation, prioritization and driving adoption of Windows Copilot Runtime capabilities with compelling value props and pitch decks.
Partner with multiple Independent Hardware Vendors’ISV programs and join forces to launch a unified and always on Windows ISV program.
Drive market research to gather rich insights. Establish and manage ISV & Developer Advisory Board – a consortium of consumer and commercial ISVs and developers partnering with multiple stakeholders to facilitate early concept/product feedback and roadmap validation.
Identify compelling user scenarios, lead storytelling and demo showcases across key marketing moments highlighting 3P app capabilities and Windows platform capabilities.
Establish gives/gets for ISVs and market differentiated use cases on user-facing marketing channels and collaborate with PR for joint press releases across 1P and 3P channels.
Scale Arm compatibility strategy & execution to cover long tail ISVs across consumer, commercial and LoB Apps.
Champion the Windows business and brand internally to build organizational understanding of key customers, business drivers and the strategic role Windows plays for Microsoft.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experiencein Software development, Product Management, Tech Product Marketing or Technology Consulting.
2+ years experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Empathy for and understanding of developer persona and ability to communicate to developers.
Ability to communicate professionally across teams and levels in ambiguous environments.
Experience working on a multi-disciplinary teams.
Track record of thinking out of the box and successfully applying technology towards solving a product want or need.
Experience with emerging businesses, launching ventures, or startups.
Effective presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas articulately, in an executive setting.
Proven ability to quickly pivot to problem solve and land a minimum viable product.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. Ability to take charge and lead.
Empathy for and understanding of developer persona and ability to communicate to developers.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
