Responsibilities
The H+S Diagnostics Platform team is seeking a Product Manager to join our Fleet Diagnostics service, which is a secure and compliant service that enables on-demand collection and analysis of diagnostics data from Azure devices, simplifying debugging and accelerating issue resolution for our customers. We’re looking for a candidate passionate about leveraging technology to build robust diagnostics platforms and solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. This cross-functional role offers a unique opportunity to fulfill a vital customer promise: empowering 1P and 3P developers and engineers with a world-class on-demand diagnostics platform to swiftly address real-world challenges.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, by defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing product releases and updates. Leverage data analytics and KPIs to make informed decisions, continuously improve product performance, and enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Engage directly with customers to identify pain points, gather feedback, and use insights to enhance the capabilities of the Fleet Diagnostics service. Drive adoption of the service among both 1P and 3P customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Software Engineering, Product Management, User Research and Security to influence product strategy, define priorities, shape product direction, and design technical solutions across feature areas.
Define success criteria for feature areas, providing strong technical leadership to drive, coordinate, and ensure alignment across organizations for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Harness your expertise and passion for AI to integrate advanced AI technologies into the platform. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of AI features.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a product manager in a technology driven environment, delivering success on developing large scale software products & services
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR eqivalent experience.
Technical proficiency with driving complex projects/software platforms.
4+ years of experience in one of the public cloud providers (Azure, Amazon web services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) developing large scale distributed systems
Cross-organizational collaboration and relationship building skills with partners, ability to pull together technology and expertise across Windows and Azure, to drive clarity across teams, agree on dependencies and common goals, and establish long lasting, trusted relationships with partner teams
Self-motivated, self-directed, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders with effective communication skills
Ability to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex concepts
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
