We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Product Manager - Partner Management & Growth to lead our growth initiatives for Copilot Studio. This role is pivotal in driving the overall growth of our platform. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in Partner, ISV and customer success and growth strategies, with experience interacting with C-level Customers and Partners, as well as internal pre-sales and post sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute pre-sales, top of funnel strategy aligned with the Copilot Studio product and growth goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects at C-Level, as well as internal stakeholders, to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.

  • Execute prospect & field education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and resource materials.

  • Serve as an advocate for prospects, providing actionable feedback and insights to the product management team to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmento OR equivalent experience.

  • 5 years in customer success, product management, or related roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or with large enterprises, particularly within the technology or SaaS sectors.

  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in customer success.

  • Proven track record of driving partner success and growth in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.

  • Driven by results, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
