ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Assembler in Redmond, Washington

We are looking for a skilled manufacturing assembler to join our team! This role involves assembling fabricated parts, testing calibrating components, and performing minor repairs. You'll use hand and power tools to ensure product specifications are met.

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Rate: $24-$26/hr

Shift: 1st shift 6AM-2:30PM and 3rd shift 10PM-6:30AM available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts at floor stations according to specifications

  • Test and calibrate mechanisms to meet tolerances

  • IDentify and repair units that do not meet tolerance levels

  • Work under immediate supervisor and follow established guidelines

Requirements:

  • U.S Citizenship required

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

  • Moderate exposure to machinery and physical risks

  • Must have perfect attendance for bonus eligibility

Bonus Program:

  • $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance

  • Additional $1,000 at 60-90 days
