Landscape Construction Project Manager

Location: Maltby, WA

Our client is looking for a motivated and skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our team at our busy Maltby, WA location. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple commercial and residential landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Construction: Plan and install multi-zone irrigation systems using landscape plans and budgets, considering meter size, pressure, and flow (GPM). Supervise installations of hardscape, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and plantings.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead construction crews of 3-6 members, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and customer focus.

  • Project Management: Develop and update schedules, procure materials, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project contracts and specifications.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with department management to adjust priorities based on changing customer demands.

  • Cost Tracking: Utilize Aspire workflow management system to monitor labor, payroll, and job costs, ensuring alignment with budgets. Partner with finance and operations teams to address trends and ensure project profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in designing and building irrigation systems and supervising construction crews.

  • Strong knowledge of landscape plan drawings, specifications, and safety/security site details.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and processes, including Aspire workflow systems.

  • A team player with exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
