BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Group Assistant Job for an opportunity at 5 days/week Onsite at Redmond WA! Position Title: Group Assistant Location: 5 days/week Onsite at Redmond WA, not a hybrid role Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 02 Months of contract and chances of extension. Job Type: Contract and Onsite Pay Range: $25 - $28/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 3-5 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum 2 years' experience with working with Executives/Executive Presence * Minimum 2 years' experience with Calendar Support * Minimum 2 years' experience with Space Management and Team Support Job Description: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned. Will also provide group admin support to an engineering team of approx. 115. Will sit onsite in Building 6, 5 days per week. Provides general administrative support primarily for a group. Coordinates scheduling, meetings, and events; Will manage up to 2 executive calendars, including backup calendar support as needed. Will manage org ROB calendar scheduling and will partner with lead Executive Assistant on customer engagement program and customer engagement calendar management. Will manage department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations. Completes special projects as assigned. Coordinates executive travel arrangements. Enforces policies and/or procedures of the defined team(s). Skills: * 1-3 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and project management skills; willingness to assist members of a team, and ability to relate well with diverse individuals. Strong customer service skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and organizational skills a must. * Working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software; with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred. * May rarely require ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
