Executive Administrative Assistant BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant for a HYBRID opportunity in Redmond WA 98052. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA) Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr. Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 3 Location: Redmond, WA 98052 Type: W2 Contract Job Description: Typical Day in the Role * Purpose of the Team: This team is within the consumer sales organization (CSO) and they are the digital direct sales team and they manage end to end operations and executive, sales, and enablement of their web direct channel. The team operates the business where clients buy surface and products from Microsoft.com. * Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting 1 senior director with calendar management, event planning, etc. This senior director has a team of around 16 people. * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 30% supporting a senior leader with calendar management, 30% event planning (planning the logistics and preparing events) and 40% ad hoc tasks (office space management, etc.). Candidate Requirements Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5 years experience with calendar management. 2. Minimum 5 years experience with facilitation and planning events and meetings. 3. Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Job Responsibilities: * Proactive calendar management for complex and changing calendar to ensure accurate scheduling across multiple time zones * Work in partnership with the leader to make decisions regarding schedule prioritization. * Provide end-to-end travel planning including: flights, visas, accommodations, ground transportation, meetings, and processing expense reports * Manage team discretionary budget and spending * Help drive the ROB (Rhythm of Business) with scheduling, team calendar items, and executing meetings * Manage and maintain team aliases to support efficient and appropriate internal communication * Coordinate planning and logistics for team events and offsites including: booking space, meeting support, meals/catering, material preparation, etc. * Use discretion with confidential team and business information * Partner with the teams Business Manager to effectively support the organization * Manage team office space on Microsoft campus in Redmond, WA, ensuring monitors and desks are working properly, maintaining cleanliness of the space, and restocking supplies * Provide back up coverage for team admins as needed Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
