Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

  • Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.

  • Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, and other events.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive administrative support.

  • Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling for executives.

  • Experience with handling and reporting expenses.

  • Ability to plan and coordinate events.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience working with high-level stakeholders and executives.

  • Capability to work independently and take initiative in ambiguous environments.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience in a large, fast-paced technology-driven organization is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00
