Data Analyst 3 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst 3 for an opportunity in Redmond WA Position Title: Data Analyst 3 Location: Redmond WA, Remote Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 3+ Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA) Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 5 years experience with Marketing measurements including attribution analysis and experimentation (A/B testing) * Minimum 5 years experience with Power BI * Minimum 5 years experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, some statistical analysis) Job Responsibilities: * Data Analyst will gather, analyze and present results and recommendations to the Consumer Growth Marketing team on digital campaign impact across channels. The individual will lead monthly business reviews presentation preparation including presenting results. * Develop business insights, ad-hoc reporting and ways to streamline and upload data in a way that increases business transparency. * Collaborate with the data engineering vendor team to develop additional dashboards and reports. * Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data to guide needed changes to plan and activities across multi-channel campaigns from a journey perspective. * Produce and manage standardized reports and reporting methodologies based on analytic results to support reporting cadence * Align documentation and reporting to current business needs based on FY priorities * Build reports based on business area execution and pre-defined metrics and measurements * Establish clear and comprehensive reporting rules to ensure accurate and appropriate utilization of reports * Help define measurement methodologies for business performance * Support team in planning new campaigns using historical benchmark data and set campaign goals.
