We are looking for a Business Program Director within the President’s office of Game Content and Studios organization. This role will design, build, and run high visibility programs and projects, including strategy and infrastructure for our Summits and Communities Program. Additional responsibilities include leading and contributing to projects, programs, communications, and tools as needed by the Game Content and Studios organization or Chief of Staff office. Examples of such work includes but is not limited to meeting planning, partnering with the Office of the Studios COO on PCN Management, planning and managing team building events, crafting emails, decks and outlines for speaking events, etc. You will be a trusted member of a tight-knit team, an exemplary of cultural alignment who holds themselves to the highest professional standards. The Summits and Communities Program plays a vital role in fostering connections, knowledge sharing, skill-building, and collective problem-solving across studios, game teams, and corporate subject matter experts. Organized by studio and game team volunteers and supported by this role, the program includes regular community meetings and large-scale Summit events. Responsibilities will include end-to-end program management, including program strategy, execution, and ongoing support. You will analyze the performance drivers and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to strengthen the program and events that support our teams.

This role requires a background in community building and leveraging technology to connect individuals. Experience running effective learning communities or programs is strongly desired. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the gaming industry and a deep understanding of the needs of game developers.

Responsibilities

Business Program Management

  • Manages a portfolio of projects, overseeing project plans, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and resource needs for highly complex programs. Establishes objected and success criteria with all stakeholders collaboratively and inclusively. Uses direction and strategy from leadership to create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.

  • Defines the vision and strategy for the Summits and Communities program and ensures buy-in and adoption of the new program or change by others in the organization.

Business Program Excellence and Execution

  • Drives highly complex programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain their support, using data and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) to demonstrate program value and business impact. Guides others in adapting communication styles and storytelling strategies according to audience and business needs.

Business Program Evaluation and Improvement

  • Develops necessary collateral to enable stakeholder engagement and trains or reskills individuals in partnership with stakeholders.

Business Program Planning and Design

  • Identifies and drives opportunities to develop and improve programs, leading the resolution of root problems through analysis, strategy definition, requirement gathering, resource planning, project planning, and cross-team alignment. Enhance operations of existing programs, by defining complex issues, evaluating scenarios, and selecting optimal solutions to help simplify complex program issues.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering results as a program manager in the Gaming or Entertainment industry.

  • Experience managing internal community efforts focused on building engagement and increasing capabilities.

  • Learning & Development experience at a large multi-national corporation.

Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
