Job Description
Responsibilities:
Synthesize, interpret, and apply insights through quantitative perspectives on business and market performance trends.
Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) reporting, provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to help address emerging topics using available data. Analyze data sets and generate meaningful insights to drive business decisions, improve processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
Engage with internal teams and engineers, understand reporting needs, effectively translate them into end-to-end project management for data analytics and Power BI initiatives, including requirement gathering, timeline management, and resources optimization.
Provide training and support to users on MSXi reports, including features, and best practices, enabling users to leverage data analytics capabilities effectively.
Synthesize feedback and provide recommendations for enhancements and ongoing improvements.

Skills and Requirements
Background in Data analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Power BI or data analytics are highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or data analytics roles, preferably within the security domain.
Expertise in data handling, analytics using Excel, Power BI, including report/dashboard design, and data visualization best practices. Experience and familiarity with Microsoft reporting infrastructure, tools and processes a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
Proven track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines. null
