Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Redmond, Washington

Description:

Looking for candidate that has familiarity with working with iPads and laptops to assist new hires with their first-day onboarding.

Assisting new hires with resetting their logon password, and navigating to various training modules.

Also, attention to detail with reconciling credit card receipts.

Assist with making travel arrangements and reservations.

Coordinating Truck rentals and coordinating with Field staff on when service is due

Collecting mileage logs and entering data into our Accounting system.

Assist with ordering lunch and food for office meetings

Review daily inventory of supplies in the office and place corresponding orders

Assisting staff at the office with various office coordination needs
