Administrative Assistant 3 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA Position Title: Administrative Assistant 3 Location: Redmond WA, Onsite Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Onsite Pay Range: $20/hr. - $25/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: * Minimum 2+ years experience with Outlook, and MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) * Minimum 2+ years experience with Customer service. * Minimum 2+ years experience with Excellent communication. Job Responsibilities: JD for this role: * The Azure Core Executive Office has an opening for an experienced, energetic, and friendly Business Administrator to assist with supporting the EA to the President of Azure Core. * As the Business Administrator, you will operate in a variety of capacities, working with a senior team demonstrating excellence in administrative functions. You will be responsible for Executive-level interfaces, contact with customers, partners, and all levels within MS. * The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a cool and focused persona, accommodate different work styles, demonstrate sound and consistent judgment, make timely decisions in relatively complex situations and set priorities among multiple projects. Duties include but are not limited to: * Anticipate needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the leader based on understanding of business group priorities. * Travel logistics management * Coordinate catering, venue selection, and logistics for internal events, off sites, morale events, team all hands meetings, and celebration events. * Procurement of all items including but not limited to office supplies and equipment as needed. * Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures. * Onsite support during core business hours as needed. Basic Qualifications * 2-3+ years of demonstrated work experience providing support in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to prioritize multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner. * Exercise sound judgment, tact, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions which includes communicating and working with highly confidential and sensitive information. * Sharp eye for detail, meet deadlines and be comfortable working independently. * Strong planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. * Highly effective communication ability both written and verbal. * Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency with MS productivity software including Outlook, all Office suite programs, SharePoint, One Note, Teams, etc. * Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, collaboration, and high level of attention to detail and proactive awareness. * Demonstrated skill of shifting approach in response to the demands of a changing situation. * Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity. * Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.
