What will you do?
Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new hires – able to speak in front of a group
Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
Answer telephones as needed for the business.
More about you
Able to work independently, be a self starter
Experience as a training administrator or similar role is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
High school diploma or GED required

Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction.
