Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:45AM - 6:15PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:45AM - 12:15PM. Compensation Range: $21.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills Location: Position is on-site at our Exeter Branch which is located inside of the Giant Food Market on Perkiomen Avenue. Position may require employee to provide coverage to Exeter, West Lawn, & Shillington Branches Responsibilities/Duties: Provide exceptional member service by performing transactions and adherence to exceptional service expectations from Trusted Advisor training. Assist, review, and correct member statements, overdrawn accounts, and related member accounting problems. Using appropriate equipment and software, obtain member's status, input information, and obtain withdrawal checks. Assist members in setting up new accounts, balancing of checkbooks, IRA's, shares, and CD's. Process death claims and provide general credit union information; cross-sell products and services. Interview members for consumer loans (not to include any residential mortgage lending), review loan applications, refer applications to Loan Officer pursuant to credit union policies. Maintain equipment and files necessary to keep accurate records. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: This position would minimally require a high school education or GED. 1 to 2 years' successful experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services industry. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Preference for a certificate or degree in financial areas or customer service. Bilingual in Spanish Preferred. We're more than banking.
