Insight Global Oracle HCM Developer in Reading, Pennsylvania
Job Description
Insight Global's growing client is looking for an Oracle OTBI developer to assist with their digital transformation/implementation of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM). The developer will be working on ad hoc requests, and act as the SME with OTBI.
They should be an expert with hands-on development of reports / dashboards.
This developer will be partnering with HR and key stakeholders to gather system requirements, configure enhancements, and develop creative HCM Solutions within their global process framework and guiding principles. This person may help management system defects and work with their vendors on solutions.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in Oracle HCM data
Hands-on development of reports / dashboards in OTBI
Experience with data automation
Work with key users of all levels to identify required reports
Ability to creatively solve problems with data and system design/configuration
Great communication and ability to work with outside vendors
Experience in an environment with 10K+ associates null
