Job Overview L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Senior/Journeyman Field Installer to join our team.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Installation of both non-electrical and electrical signs
- Installation of ornamental and specialty metal features
- Interaction with other employees, customers, and suppliers
- Prepare and mentor junior staff
- Demonstrate, lead, and maintain safety practices
Desired Qualifications
- Class A or B CDL is helpful but not required or a valid driver's license
- Construction industry background is favorable
- Two (2) plus years of experience as a Senior or Journeyman Installer
- Experience installing all types of commercial signage, channel letters, pylons, monument signage
- Knowledge of basic electrical safety practices
- Physical strength and stamina, ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
