Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to computer system users, resolving problems, and maintaining accurate records of transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken. Your role will revolve around system integration, handling service desk work, answering phone inquiries, and working through a ticket queue.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to computer system users either in person, through the phone, or remotely
• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
• Observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
• Install software or perform hardware testing remotely when needed
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken
• Read technical manuals and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems
• Provide technical assistance and support to users
• Work through a ticket queue and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Play a key role in system integration between different platforms
• Use technical skills such as Active Directory, Google Suite, PC Hardware, Password Reset, and Technical Support to perform job functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory is mandatory.
• Familiarity and experience with Google Suite is necessary.
• Knowledge of PC Hardware is required.
• Capability to handle Password Reset tasks effectively.
