Job Title: Corrugator Machine Operator
The Corrugator Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that produces corrugated materials. This role involves adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the production of high-quality corrugated products.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate corrugating machines to produce corrugated board according to production schedules.
Continuously monitor machine operation to ensure product quality and machine efficiency.
Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and perform minor repairs as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on corrugator machines to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine performance and maintenance activities.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues that arise.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems, and industrial equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
