Infina Health is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team. As a vital member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for providing efficient vehicle detailing services at our garage.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning using specialized equipment.
- Apply paint correction, polishing, and waxing for quality vehicle appearance.
- Clean and condition upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Detail engine compartments, wheels, and tires to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work areas.
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail and presentation
- Toughness and grit to work in many conditions
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift weights
- Valid driver's license and good driving record, including ability to operate a manual transmission
- Know the following: waxing, buffing, masking, grinding and applying paint; replacing parts, minor repairs
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in auto detailing or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality worksmanship.
- Knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under PA insurance policy.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
License/Certification
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong presentation skills
- Certification in auto detailing preferred but not mandatory.
