Our UK & Ireland business has grown quickly over the past number of years both organically and through acquisition and we look forward to another period of expansion ahead. Our Talent Acquisition team have played a key part in our growth and due to an internal promotion within the team, we now have an opportunity for a TA Coordinator / Administrator to join us.

You will play an important role in supporting our team in finding and hiring the best talent across the UK&I. This is a varied and fast paced position where you will provide administrative and coordination support to the rest of the team.

Your role will include a wide variety of tasks including interview coordination, phone screening/candidate management, job postings and supporting our early careers team with recruiting graduates and apprentices when required. You will issue contracts and manage the onboarding of candidates, ensuring compliance and governance are in place.

You will enjoy a great variety of work where no two days are the same.

About You

Previous Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience NOT required but ideally you will have some administration / coordination experience. You have a strong sense of urgency where you will act as a ‘conductor’ to help drive effective activity within our team.

You are a strong communicator and can comfortably collaborate with your TA colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders. You pride yourself on being responsive, have strong attention to detail and are interested in working in a fast-paced environment.

This role will suit someone that is looking for part-time work that is available to work 5 days per week.
