Business Operations Vaccines Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Graduate Apprentice to join our Business Operations Team supporting Sanofi Vaccines UK + Ireland . This role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about the pharmaceutical industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations. The apprentice will support various functions within the department, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Main responsibilities:

Will be in supporting our Vaccine Franchises - in a range of support functions including E- Commerce - Tender submissions - Demand and Supply Management - and a range of projects supporting the wider business

• Operational Support - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.

• Project Management - Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects.

• Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

About you:

• Recent graduate with ideally a STEM, Business or in a similar field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Prior internship or work experience in business operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is a plus.
