Express Employment Professionals Tax Preparer in Raymond, Washington
Express Employment is looking for a detail-oriented Tax Preparer. In this position you will be expected to provide an accurate and complete tax return, using a high degree of ethics and integrity. You will incorporate effective communication skills with both clients and staff. Requirements:
- Knowledge of Tax Law
- Tax preparation and accounting experience including payrolls and state tax reporting.
- Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals or small businesses.
- Identify potential deductions and credits.
- Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures.
- Verify totals on past forms for accuracy.
- Consult tax law handbooks for especially difficult tax returns.
- Resolve customer complaints
