Description Essential Functions Provide quality sonographic images in a timely manner. Assures a safe and clean environment. Maintains knowledge of technical skills. Successfully completes ultrasound scans. Answers the phone and completes documentation appropriately. Collaborates effectively with staff/co-workers. Demonstrates age-specific knowledge. Perform duties of charge technologist including coordinating inpatient and outpatient schedules Adheres to hospital safety standards. Perform, follow protocol, and maintain competency for High Level Disinfection procedures. Take responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment. Provide age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics. Provide mentorship to and/or precept junior staff and students. Participates in committees and/or projects as needed. Participates in regulatory activities. Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
