Primary Responsibilities (essential job functions):
· Provide premier customer service to internal and external customers
· Ship domestic freight (ltl, tl, air, etc.)
· Prepare bills of lading, airship bills, and all other required documentation
· Invoice customer and warehouse shipments
· Prepare export expedites
· Verify packing slips
· Prepare shipping memos
· Prepare shipment tracking
· International shipment tracking
· Hours are 7:00am- 4:00pm with OT as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities (non-essential job functions):
· Perform typing and filing
· Maintain proof of deliveries
· Transmit ASN’s
· Transfiling
· Investigate shortage requests
· Perform E-Wix preparation
· Any other similar or associated duties necessary to accomplish job objectives, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications (relevant experience, education and/or training):
· High school education or equivalent required
· Good data entry and typing skills required
· Knowledge of filing systems helpful
· Intermediate office PC skills required
· Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
