Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for an IT Manager Product Analyst, - Identity and Access Management (ISRM). This position may be based in J&J office in Raritan, NJ or potentially remote. This position may require up to 10% travel.

Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company .

In this role the Product Analyst will be accountable for Identity Management & Governance as a Product and guiding the team in product management principles.

J&J is embarking on a major strategic transformation of their Identity and Access Management landscape including adoption of enterprise tools over the next 3 years. Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Manager, IAM Product Analyst within our Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) Security Engineering team, based in Raritan, NJ, who will work at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology delivery in the workforce identity and access management (IAM) space. This person will own helping to shape the digital strategy & technology capability for the IAM Portfolio.

You will understand and translate business problems faced by the Identity Management and Governance function into a comprehensive set of solution requirements. Support the success of these problems by defining and supervising against key performance indicators.

You will ensure that product development efforts incorporate an approach that starts with experimentation with end users / prototyping to validate expected impact. Include human-centered design, agile principles & minimum viable product definition, external insights, and compliance throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the Squad

  • Build use cases, writes, manages and clarifies user stories, visualization, and process flows

  • Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience

  • Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of squad and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensures each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint

  • Communicate vision to developers and testers

  • May help write UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed

  • Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support

  • Apply business process improvement methods for optimization

  • In partnership with the PO, maintain deep understanding of the Product to ensure that the squad’s backlog priorities are aligned with business / Group needs

    Able to work with virtual and global multi-functional teams with the flexibility to work with team members in different time zones

    For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000 USD. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a business system analyst implementing enterprise software, preferably in the areas of Identity Management

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Experience with Identity Management and Governance or IT capabilities.

  • Experience with user lifecycle management processes which include Joiners, Movers, Leavers and managing user access via access certifications, access requests.

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks and work with outcomes related activities and in a fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding relationship and interpersonal skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Able to produce effective product documentation - requirements, user stories, reference material for various audiences

    Preferred:

  • Identity management & Governance or IAM solutions (e.g. One Identity, SAP GRC, or ForgeRock technologies preferred, but also including similar technologies such as: Okta, Salesforce, SailPoint, Saviynt, Active Directory, Quest ARS, and Radiant)

  • Product Management and User Experience (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
