Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Shipping and Receiving Associate for a warehouse position that deals with high volume and high complexity shipping in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping goods, preparing records of shipped items, making up bills of lading and maintaining shipping records. They will also be tasked with receiving incoming shipments, verifying correctness against bills of lading and invoices, and maintaining records of received goods. The associate will report any damaged goods and shortages and route received goods to the appropriate departments. The use of bar code readers, computer terminals or other electronic devices may be required. The associate will work with 4 other team members and report to the shipping supervisor. Please note that this is not an office job; while the associate will have a desk and a computer, they will be mostly active on the shop floor.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Rancocas, New Jersey.
Work Environment
The associate will work in a very clean and safe shop/manufacturing environment. The workspace is non climate controlled but comfortable throughout the seasons. The manufacturing plant has a designated area in the back for warehouse storage. Less than 1 hour is spent on equipment or lifts, with most time spent using a cart to pick and move products. The work hours are 1st shift - Monday to Friday, 7a-3:30pm, but can start earlier or run later based on needs.
