Job Description:
A Staff Accountant will join our dedicated accounting team and be responsible for assisting in financial statement preparation, budget variance analysis, month-end close processes, reconciliation tasks, and other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analysis for management reporting
Assist in the preparation and maintaining of monthly/year-end close processes
Perform reconciliations for accounts, processes, and balances
Monitor and coordinate all intercompany transactions and processes
Participate in department-wide initiatives and projects
Maintain records with utmost discernment, confidentiality, and professionalism
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general accounting
Proven experience in performing reconciliations
Proficiency with recent computer accounting programs and reporting tools
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Requirements
