Description
The Senior Technical PM will lead business transformation projects, focusing on the automation of backend systems and implementation of AI tools. The ideal candidate will be a technical project manager who is business transformation/process savvy. They need to be capable of not only driving projects but also enhancing project processes and aligning them with business goals. The ideal candidate will understand business problems and drive strategy, rather than merely checking off tasks. The company values nimble action over adherence to perfect processes.
Note, this role requires 5 days per week onsite in the office in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel-Hill area. If you cannot accommodate this schedule, please refrain from applying.

Requirements
7-10 years of Technical PM experience in the SDLC
Must have a strong technical background in the context of standing up web/mobile apps from the ground up
Must have the ability to assist with a certain amount of BA responsibilities
Experience in a hybrid dev environment (Agile/Waterfall)
Must have the ability to drive multiple projects at once and proactive in leading the project
