WTW Marketing Business Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina

As a member of the direct response TV team, you will be accountable for managing the analysis, reporting and data for all offline and online media campaigns. This position will provide support to all departments and will require predictive analytics and data mining proficiency, solid marketing acumen, excellent organizational skills, adeptness to problem solve within a fast-paced environment and ability to manage deadlines effectively. Miami,

New Jersey, New York, or Raleigh location is a requirement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFU L

• Advanced Excel skills – macro/query experience is a plus

• Experience developing, implementing, and automating analytical dashboards solutions (Tableau and Power Bi)

• CORE Media System experience in management/reporting preferred

• Proficient in data mining, formatting, and blending using SQL language

• Knowledge of and experience with attribution models is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business or marketing analytics disciplines preferred

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Regular reporting and ROI analysis of media performance on multiple campaigns

• Perform in depth data mining activities per campaign and for overall business to draw and present insights on business optimization strategies

• Develop, produce, and maintain client dashboards along with providing trending analysis on results

• Assist in developing various data analysis requests and recapping findings in client presentations

• Monitor client web site and audit call center activities / trends on multiple campaigns to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities

• Analyze and triangulate response and sales results with current media landscape as well as programming and response trends to formulate insights, recommendations, and real-time tactical changes
