Description
Our client is currently in need of an experienced, intuitive, and collaborative Frontend Developer. The selected candidate will primarily work on developing user interface components whilst following established React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Prior agency experience is essential as we require an individual with an understanding of the fast-paced, collaborative, and project-deadline driven work environment.
Responsibilities:
Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
Collaborating with cross-functional agency teams in developing, analyzing, designing, and shipping new features.
Playing a proactive role in discussions, providing clear guidance during the implementation phase.
Adhering to UI development principles to ensure optimal client-side performance.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Front-end developer, preferably within an agency setting.
Comprehensive experience with markup languages.
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
Proficiency in debugging and browser testing.
Detailed understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS etc.
Familiarity with front-end build tools, e.g. Grunt, Gulp.js.
Familiarity with data structure libraries.
Knowledge of RESTful API integration.
Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
