About these roles:
The Veteran Employment Transition (VET) Program is a nationwide 8-week Spring and Fall internship that converts directly to a full-time opportunity based on performance. We're hiring a class of 75 - 85 interns to begin on September 12, 2022 starting with an intensive training and orientation led by professional instructors and senior Wells Fargo employees. You'll network with your peers and Wells Fargo leaders while developing your skills and knowledge of our financial products and services before joining a team of experienced Wells Fargo employees for on-the-job training and development. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working hard to achieve a goal, learning new things, and improving yourself, this program might be a good fit for you. In addition, successful candidates are team-players who work well in a collaborative environment and have strong situational analysis skills. Program Expectations:
Must be able to start September 12th, 2022 and attend full duration of 8-week internship program

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Service in any branch of the United States military
Able to work on the first day of the program, September 11, 2022

The Analytics Consulting Group has the following opportunities:
Lead Analytics Consultant s for COO and CSBB (Available locations: Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Des Moines, IA; St. Louis, MO; Minneapolis, MN; Chandler, AZ; San Antonio, TX. Wilmington, DE is an option but not guaranteed).
Contribute to the development of strategies to address multiple impact scenarios
Work independently to resolve data across complicated data sources such as legacy systems
Execute standard approaches to drive greater consistency and efficiency
Ensure successful and accurate list delivery through effective and constant communication across all parties involved in the campaign execution process
Manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
Build and maintain strong business relationships in order to identify, define, execute, and analyze complex direct marketing and market research initiatives
Ensure privacy, information security and adherence to legal and compliance regulations, WF business policies and that all audit requirements are met and documented
Utilize multiple databases, supporting the design of complex marketing and lead campaigns, which will be executed across many different data platforms with multiple distribution channels (direct mail, email, phone, ATM, on-line, etc.)
Collaborate and work using a consultative approach

Support efforts designed to improve the customer experience using analytics and business intelligence
Support and/or lead enterprise-wide analytic initiatives focused on increasing efficiencies and improving the customer experience using unstructured voice of customer data (e.g. speech and written communications), structured operational data (e.g. loan payment behaviors) and customer interaction data (e.g. web events)
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support the Auto Transformation team's objectives and vision
Work on complex assignments to identify customer pain points, data trends and insights related to strategic business issues
Use data from multiple sources and translate information into insight using knowledge and understanding of the business and the industry
Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Plan, coordinate, and execute primary and secondary customer research projects
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead the development of analytics processes to capture customer behavior data from digital and non-digital sources
Leverage query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization
Communicate written and verbal customer insights and recommendations in professional output for Executive review
