Job Title: Engineering Project Administrator

Job Description

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to various components of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team including the Vice President, Engineering and Construction; Project Managers; and Superintendents, to efficiently, successfully, and profitably complete EPC projects and support the administration of related business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for project administrative duties with minimum supervision.

  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings. Maintain attendance logs and prepare project meeting minutes.

  • Effectively use project management and project accounting software on a daily basis.

  • Manage project documentation: file creation, tracking, maintenance, and close-out.

  • Assist in the management of EPC project documentation and ensure proper approvals/signatures.

  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents working at remote job sites.

  • Work in cooperation and coordination with other Project Administrator(s) and Executive Assistant(s).

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
