Director, Solutions Sales – Remote

The Solutions Sales Director is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the solutions and services offered by Eliassen Group, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of Eliassen's solutions.

  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and secure contracts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Technology or a related field. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to understand complex solutions and articulate their value to clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated and results oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Base Range: $90,000 - $120,000

The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
