Cecelia Health Director of Product Marketing in Raleigh, North Carolina

What You'll Do:

The Director of Product Marketing works closely with various departments and is responsible for go-to-market strategy. This remote position develops and executes strategies to bring new products, features, and services to market while also identifying opportunities based on customer needs and market direction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inform product and go-to-market strategy in partnership with product, marketing, clinical, finance, and sales/customer success teams

  • Identify near-term and long-term opportunities based on customer needs and a strategic view of market direction

  • Develop and execute strategies to bring new products, features, and/or services to market with a focus on defining market challenges, SWOT analysis, and understanding of the competitive landscape for each product

  • Liaise with the product management team to represent marketing objectives throughout the product planning and discovery process, including market trends, consumer behavior, buying personas, and competitive differentiators within the product landscape

  • Lead pricing and packaging efforts including research and strategic recommendations around product architecture, positioning, and pricing/packaging to ensure competitive differentiation and marketability of our products and services

  • Serve as an evangelist for the business through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to execute sales enablement and sales readiness efforts in line with go-to-market strategies for product launches

  • Drive research agenda, conduct and disseminate competitive analysis, conduct quantitative and qualitative research

    What You'll Bring to The Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or life sciences marketing, brand, and product marketing

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

  • Deep understanding of markets, buyers, and competition with proven experience integrating into growth strategies

  • Proven ability to use data to inform go-to-market approaches and build strong product narratives

  • Thrive in an independent, high-energy environment where tasks, priorities, and projects change rapidly
