As a Director, you will be responsible for online sales of subscription services for LexisNexis across multiple regions, globally. You will be responsible for channel sales of both LexisNexis Legal and Professional Products as well as Global Nexis Solutions Products.Working closely with the commercial teams, you will enhance website performance to boost traffic, conversions, and renewals, driving subscription service sales.

Responsibilities

  • Holding responsibility for the success of the online subscription sales platform

  • Managing online activities for traffic acquisition, conversion and ultimately sales

  • Developing and implement an ecommerce strategy to enhance website performance, including running experiments

  • Leading market research to understand buyer behavior and use data to drive better outcomes

  • Overseeing digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates, and email marketing

  • Ensuring maximized SEO with keywords driving subscription conversions

  • Reporting on performance and managing digital marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Possess a deep understanding of ecommerce operations with a focus on driving sales for B2B subscription products. Ideally have held a commercial outcome target in a previous role

  • Be able to set direction and deliver outcomes using tools such as Adobe E Commerce or similar

  • Be proficient in using Google Analytics and implementing digital marketing concepts

  • Have broad experience in attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, and conversion management

  • Be assured in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies

  • Have excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis
