Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role is pivotal in our operations, primarily handling customer inquiries and processing their applications with precision. We offer a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you'll be part of a dynamic team, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient data management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage customer data and order entries

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date

• Resolve customer inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Use data entry skills to ensure all customer information is recorded accurately

• Schedule appointments as necessary, managing time and resources effectively

• Correspond with customers via email, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly

• Contribute to the overall customer service goals of the team, striving for excellence in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

• Proficient in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Ability to handle order entry efficiently and accurately.

• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
