Environmental Specialties is seeking an Installation Superviso r with a background in commercial refrigeration construction that will work on the road for two and half weeks at a time across the country. You will be responsible for preconstruction site evaluations, construction personnel, quality of construction and method of construction for varying sized projects. No need to move as you will spend most of your time on our jobs sites across the USA or occasional travel to our office in Raleigh, NC.

Key Duties:
Perform evaluation of site for constructability of projects
Perform evaluation of site for logistics
Work with Project Managers on field installation schedules and personnel for projects
Responsible for training employees to meet company methods and standards
Provide coaching and guidance to employee’s when needed
Responsible for onsite quality of construction
Work with all departments to streamline the installation of projects
Other related duties could be assigned as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects required.
5+ years of fitting and brazing copper pipe required.
5+ years of general commercial construction experience required.
Must be willing to travel out of state as needed for 2.5- 3 week rotations.
Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Experience with installation of environmental chambers or similar commercial refrigeration installation preferred.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Mechanical piping experience preferred.
Universal EPA certification preferred, but not required
Universal Refrigeration certification preferred, but not required
OSHA 30 Certification preferred, or open to be trained
Knowledge of the construction industry and documentation.
Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
