The Role:

This is a highly visible, collaborative position with quota-carrying responsibility for generating net-new sales pipeline each quarter. Our Business Development Representatives take a more strategic approach to their outreach and work specifically with our "key accounts". The Business Development Representative's main focus is to identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in new and existing accounts for 1-2 Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your Account Executives to produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue

• Strategic prospecting: lead generation, cold calls, emails and social strategies

• Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Make Platform

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (any additional education is valuable)

• 1+ years of SaaS Sales Development (SDR) experience

• Solid written/verbal communication skills in English

• High energy + positive attitude

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Go-getter/self-starter mentality (take initiative!)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Driven to succeed and outperform expectations

• A team player who’s passionate about helping others to succeed

• Genuine curiosity about technology & business processes that can be married together to help our customers achieve their goals

• Located in Raleigh, North Carolina (Celonis office)
