Pearl Interactive Network Account Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina
Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing a remote Account Manager.
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction by managing their accounts, identifying new sales opportunities within those accounts, and achieving sales targets while acting as the primary point of contact for customer interactions; include developing account plans, managing customer expectations, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal service and maximize revenue.

Operating Hours: Mon. - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM EST, with flexibility

Job Duties:
Actively take ownership of the client accounts. Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Map and build account plans, manage forecasts for opportunities identified and for annual renewal pipeline.
Coordinate with and provide direction to various members of cross-functional teams to ensure focus and delivery of services and solutions.
Uncover opportunities for increased customer base growth and potential opportunities for other services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Maintain regular communication with clients including project status updates, meeting summaries, expense tracking, etc.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive management.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and grow opportunities.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
