Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Associate Principal Scientist/Mathematica Programmer for one of our top pharmaceutical clients to site remotely. This candidate will join the global clinical development organization to specifically support their pneumococcal vaccines projects with a priority for 2 country adaptations. Projects range from translations, country adaptations, julia coding, global models and virus circulation, computation and repetitive analysis of the current data model set template to help them generate continuous and varying reports and more. Software's used to program and code include Mathematica, C++, python, julia, and MATLAB so a candidate must be familiar in order to understand how to use the templates. Learning pneumococcal dynamics, calibrating country adaptations for the dynamic transmission model, rewriting code as necessary to adapt model or improve efficiency, participate in regular (weekly meetings), assist with data cleaning/interpolation, aid in theoretical studies focused on understanding the model and/or pneumococcal dynamics, sensitivity analyses, and any additional related projects.
