Senior Intelligence Instructor / Trainer
Position Summary
DarkStar is seeking a Senior Intelligence Instructor/Trainer who will serve as the primary point of contact for on-site program management and lead the contractor training team. This role involves overseeing course development, training management, and training delivery in support of the USEUCOM J2 T&D directorate. The Senior Instructor will manage staff, brief the Government on progress, and provide leadership in course scheduling, instructor coordination, and business operations improvement.

Position Type: On-Site, with up to 40% travel within EUCOM
Clearance Level: TS/SCI + Counterintelligence Polygraph
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, collate, and analyze user requirements for functional skills and systems training.
Prepare and manage standardized plans of instruction, including individual lesson plans.
Oversee classroom and desk-side training, ensuring training aligns with USEUCOM J2 T&D goals.
Lead the development of training curricula, including courses in the USEUCOM J2 T&D catalog.
Manage the training systems, schedules, and course documentation using USEUCOM's LMS.
Evaluate and recommend new teaching methods and tools, maintaining cutting-edge training delivery.
Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and via technology platforms, within the USEUCOM Theater and beyond.
Oversee curriculum development for partner nation intelligence training and ensure its alignment with current events and intelligence community needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Active DoD TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
Master’s Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in political science, strategic studies, history, cultural studies, or European studies
Extensive experience in intelligence training, curriculum development, and program management.
7 (seven) years working within the specialized military, NATO, or intelligence community environment.
Proficiency in eLearning, VTC, and technology-based training platforms.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills in supervising training staff.
Available to travel to all required locations within the USEUCOM Theater and to USEUCOM Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element locations in CONUS, as needed.
Instructors may expect temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 40% of their work schedule.
Maintain proficiency in their assigned areas of instruction.
Maintain Intelligence Community (IC) instructors Certification as administered by DIA
