JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sr. Analyst, Financial Analyst - 27413 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Accounting acts as the financial advisor and consultant for its cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Facilities & Corporate Services, Security, Corporate Legal, and Corporate Finance. This role reports to the Director, Corporate Accounting and works closely to oversee the Corporate P&L, providing monthly commentary and financial analysis and insights into functional spend. This is an onsite roll in Racine, WI Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Partner with the Real Estate, Facilities and Corporate Services and Security teams to: * Drive functional expense management, including budgeting/forecasting and related charge outs (i.e. Occupancy) * Partner with cross functional teams to identify and drive functional cost savings opportunities; support contract negotiations with facilities and corporate services vendors * Manage and forecast capital spending for real estate and facilities projects; support lease vs. buy analyses * Develop MEAs for real estate, facilities and/or security investments and direct fixed asset closeouts and retirements * Manage and forecast functional expenses for Corporate Finance & Corporate Legal * Support legal expense management and ensure compliance with accounting and charge out policies * Oversee Corporate P&L, providing monthly commentary for Sr. Director / Corporate Controller and financial analysis and insights into functionals BENEFITS AND PERKS SC Johnson\'s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
