Would you like your weekdays free? We currently have a Night Shift Weekend position open in our ICU. This position would work from 7p-7:30am each weekend at our Ascension - All Saints facility in Racine, WI.

What You Will Do

As an associate with Ascension - All Saints, you will have the opportunity to providedirect nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

You will:

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans.

  • Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):

  • BLS Providercredentialed from theAmerican Heart Association (AHA)obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

  • LicensedRegistered Nursecredentialed from theWisconsin Board of Nursingor current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State"obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Diploma

  • Graduate of a board-approved Registered Nurse Program required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Work Experience:

  • RN with 18 months or more experience preferred.
