Job Title: Molding Set Up Technician
Job Description
-Set up, repair, maintenance, and operation of injection molding equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
Adjust machine settings to complete mold setup tasks accurately, according to specifications and standards.
Install dies in and out of the machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.
Understand and be able to mix resin material and coloring pigments or recycled material according to formula.
Complete all necessary paperwork (i.e., cycle time sheets, setup sheets, etc.) as directed in a timely and precise manner.
Operate automated assembly machines and other presses/equipment as needed.
Material handling and assistance in maintaining the flow of work through production departments.
Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Hard Skills
2+ years experience within injection molding industry
Mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
Machine operation and preventative maintenance experience
Blueprint and/or work order reading experience

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Racine, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
-Clean manufacturing plant.
-1st shift - 6 am-3:30 pm with OT available (some flexibility on hours)
