As the New Holland Construction Brand Product Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible to support, manage, and develop assigned products to improve their impact in the customer base. You\'ll own the product through the duration of its lifecycle and ensure maximum relevance of the product as measured by market share and profitability. The candidate will ideally be based in New Holland, PA, Oak Brook, IL, or Racine, WI. Responsibilities Establish marketing strategies including product direction, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development to lead a product or product category\'s life cycle Plan, implements and evaluates the strategy for positioning product to various distribution channels (i.e., dealers, customers, geographies, and end customer markets) Coordinate merchandising and commercial collaboration projects between the organization and distribution channels to increase demand for organization products and services Use market research, product analysis, and customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories Develop portfolio to improve model-level profitability and maximum market efficacy for customers and in relation to competition Provide training, education, and technical assistance to the sales force and customers Ensure accurate system setup of each model and segment systemically to deliver a smooth dealer interface Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field and one year of proven experience.
